Luxuriating at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver

The heated pool at the Four Seasons Hotel

Given that I was able to score yet another great weekend deal at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver, I recently spent another two nights at this deluxe hotel located in downtown. This was my second stay at the hotel (my first stay was in July 2011). I particularlily enjoy staying at this five star hotel as guests can use the excellent spa free of charge. In addition, the staff are friendly and very much service minded.

The Four Seasons Hotel Denver is one of this luxury chain’s newest hotels. I like the vast, open, lobby and the modern, understated elegance of the decor. The rooms are also nicely appointed and very large with great views of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. The large bathrooms have a jacuzzi tub and rainforest shower. The under lit sinks and the TV in the mirror were nice features. Amenities included l’Occitane soaps and shampoos.

Great Dane Lounging in the Lobby

Like most luxury hotels, service is paramount at the Four Seasons Hotel. The staff were well trained and friendly – especially Nora and Kevicko (sp). Both worked in the Edge, the hotel’s excellent restaurant. Try the Eggs Benedict for breakfast and the chicken kebabs as an evening snack in the bar. Both were delicious. The bar attracts a good mix of people Including young and middle aged locals and of course, hotel guests.

The spa is outstanding and as I mentioned earlier, a prime reason why I love this hotel. The Four Seasons also has an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness center and yoga studio.

The Four Seasons Hotel Denver is a great place to stay in Denver and if you book a room on weekends you can get a great deal. For more information on the hotel visit their website.
