Dushanbe Tea House: Tajiki Tea House in Boulder, Colorado

Dushanbe Tea House

The Boulder Dushanbe Tea House is a very unique, central asian styled tea house which is a must do if you visit Boulder, Colorado.

My sister and I enjoyed a cup of Rooibus tea while taking in the splendor of this tea house in late December 2010.  The decorative elements of the tea house were built in the late 80s by artisans from Dushanbe, Boulder’s sister city and capital of Tajikistan.

The Dushanbe Tea House serves many varieties of tea as well as food.  They also offer a very popular afternoon tea.  I highly recommend a visit.
