“Elk Cheddar” & “Reindeer” Hot Dogs on a Street Corner in Denver, Colorado

Talk about a tasty hot dog!  Earlier today I had an “Elk Cheddar” hot dog at Biker Jim’s Gourmet Dogs in downtown Denver Colorado.  I heard good things about this food truck and thus had to check it out.  The dog was char grilled to perfection, juicy and with bits of melted cheese inside.  This gourmet hotdog was topped with carmelized onions and a bit of cream cheese.  So good I am going back tomorrow to try their Reindeer dog!

Mmm…mmm – I love a good hot dog! Used to be this place in Melbourne called Dobermans that had awesome gourmet ones but I don’t know if it moved or shut down. Miss it, though.
